From Points West: Washington DC & Baltimore
• Take US Route 50 East to Route 404 East (Route 18).
• Follow Route 18 to US 113 South to Selbyville.
• Take Route 54 East toward Fenwick Island.
• Follow Route 54 through Williamsville to the entrance of Bayside on your right at Americana Parkway.
•Upon entering the community, the sales office and model court will be on the right at Destination Drive.

From Points North: Wilmington, Philadelphia,
New Jersey & New York
• Take 95 South to Route 1 South, Exit at Christiana Mall.
• Stay on Route 1 to Route 113 in Milford.
• Follow Route 113 to Selbyville.
• Take Route 54 East toward Fenwick Island.
• Follow Route 54 through Williamsville to the entrance of Bayside on your right at Americana Parkway.
• Upon entering the community, the sales office and model court will be on the right at Destination Drive.

From Points South: Ocean City, Maryland
• Take Route 1 North (Coastal Highway) to Fenwick Island.
• Turn left onto Route 54.
• Follow Route 54 approximately 4 miles to the entrance of Bayside on the left at Americana Parkway.
