We want to thank you for all of the effort you have put
in to selling our home.
Everything you have said, we agree, leads to the same
conclusion - lower the price or it has virtually no
chance of selling.
Unfortunately, our house is now priced at what we would
like to get out of it as opposed to what the market says
it's worth. As a result, we think it would be better to
remove it from the market at present and try to hang in
there with the hopes of things turning around in the
next 12-18 months.
Of course, when we put it back on the market, we would
definitely ask you to be our agent.
Again, you're the best! Things don't always go as one
would like but maybe better times ahead.
p.s. Congratulations on your sales...if you can do it in
this market, you can do it in any!
