Breakwater:  Located between the Lewes and the ocean, Breakwater community has a fitness center overlooking an outdoor pool.  There are also walking trails with ponds throughout.  It is also very close to the nearby Junction and Breakwater Walking and Biking Trail. This trail connects Lewes to Rehoboth following beautiful preserved farms and wetlands.

Rehoboth Yacht: A single-family residential community located just minutes to downtown Rehoboth Beach has a  private 18-hole golf course, the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club community borders Rehoboth Bay as well as Bald Eagle lagoon.

Henlopen Acres: A small, exclusive, seaside community of 381 residents lying between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. The town was incorporated in 1970 but developed by W.S. Corkran in the 1930s as a "residential development where quiet-loving, cultured people may live in a country seaside community amid conditions which make for health, comfort and refined pleasure."

North Shores: A community of mixed  oceanfront condominiums and elegant town homes. Beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park is right next door. A pool, tennis courts, and a marina are also available to residents.

Ship Carpenter Square: Located in the historic district of the beautiful 17th century coastal town of Lewes, Delaware. An inner ring road provides parking and foot access to residences. A Commons or Green lies at the heart of the community and is accessible to pedestrians from Park Street and from two designated rights of way on the north and south boundaries of the green.  In addition to colonial style farmhouses and a travelers’ inn from rural Sussex County, the community includes three barns, a schoolhouse, two Victorian homes, a log home, a lifesaving station, a corner market and a lighthouse.
