Week One:

  • Provide a written comparative analysis
  • Advise on preparing your home for showing
  • Discuss Financing Types and Options
  • Enter property into MLS
  • Place “For Sale” sign on property (if allowed)
  • Plan Agent Tour
  • Prepare and submit ad copy for placement in media
  • Prepare Fact Sheets
  • Take pictures of property
  • Internet marketing

 

Week Two:

  • Call and/or email you with update on activity
  • Send flyers/emails to database
  • Send Just Listed Postcards
  • Follow up with all agents who have shown your property for comments

 

Week Three:

  • Call and/or email you with update on activity
  • Follow up with agents showing the property for suggestions

 

Week Four:

  • 30 day update on new comparables and current competition
  • Check with all agents who have shown for comments
  • Advise on any necessary adjustment in marketability of home

 

Week Five:

  • Call and/or email you with update on activity
  • Check comparables and update market analysis with new properties
  • Review open house options

 

Week Six:

  • Review marketing strategy
  • Consult with you regarding market
